A new Lidl store for

Segensworth, Fareham

The proposals

The new Lidl foodstore would deliver a convenient and local food shopping offer, as well as new jobs for the area.

The proposals include:

A 1,457 sq m sales area, including Lidl’s popular bakery, longer style tills with dual packing and customer toilets

car icon

120 parking spaces including accessible, parent and child and electric vehicle charging spaces, plus dedicated motorcycle parking spaces

Cycle parking in a prominent location at the front of the store

tree icon

Significant new landscaping and planting across the site and retention of the existing hedgerows along the A27 and Cartwright Drive, and retention of the trees along with northern boundary of the site
